The Sidney Business Improvement Area Society has appointed Oleene Herman as Communications Coordinator.

All property owners, and tenants with business activities in the area identified on the BIA map are entitled to become members of the not-for-profit society. There is no membership fee. The on-line membership application will be available on March 25.
